March for Science, Ireland Co-Chairs:

Shaun O’Boyle – Shaun is a science communicator and producer. He produces radio documentaries, public engagement events, and also works as a science advisor for television, He has a PhD in Biochemistry. @shaunoboyle

Laura Tobin – Laura is a scientist and science communicator. She is actively involved in education and public engagement; including Dublin Maker (co-organiser), SPIE Education Committee and WITS (Women in Technology & Science) Ireland Executive Committee. @choiceIrregular

Conor Courtney – Conor is an artist and microbiologist. His focus is science outreach and communication, but recently, he has been collaborating more with artists probing the nature of biotechnology and human food systems. @ccourtne

Miriam Harte – Miriam is a scientist, educator and life-long learner. She strives to create inclusive projects which encourage dialogue between all members of society, regarding our opinions about how science will influence our future. @MiriamHarte

Jessamyn Fairfield – Jessamyn is a lecturer and physicist at NUI, Galway, specialising in nanomaterials and neuromorphic devices. She is also the organiser of Bright Club Dublin and Brigh Club Galway. @ultrajessamyn

Jessie Dolliver – Jessie is a science student and activist. She is actively involved in the Fossil Free movement, participated in divesting Trinity College from €6.1 million of fossil fuel investments, and believes that if knowledge is power, science must bring power to the people. @PoppyDolliver
